Our Process

Every immigration applicant is different, so this information won't be the same for everyone. But this is a rough list of the steps we had to take. Where possible I'll include a rough price for each relevant step too.

1. Complete questionnaire from lawyer (info such as job history, education history, family info, foreign holidays, financial information, address history, business info, criminal info)
2. IELTS test -  (£150 each)
3. Education assessment (WES - World Education Services) - (£140 each)
4. File Express Entry application
5. Provincial Nomination
6. Points
7. Job Bank
8. Invitation to Apply - where it gets serious! Application fees of $2080 CAD
9. Receiving your "ready for visa" email! This means you've been granted permanent residency.
10. Obtaining your Confirmation of Permanent Residence.
11. Landing!

Now I know that this seems like a lot of information, but trust me, this is just an outline of what is required. We'll go into each step in detail. Step 8: Invitation to apply, is probably the most important, stressful and time consuming step in the process.
